How does the Agility Ladder Deck work ?
Agility Ladder Deck™ is a deck of 58 cards plus 1 wild card that shows users how
to perform the different foot patterns through each card.
Develop foot speed, overall body control, and coordination.
Agility Ladder Deck™ has a color coded background and instruction on each card (each
color is a suite for Agility Ladder Deck™).
The agility pattern movements are:
• Red = Backward
• Yellow = Lateral
• Blue = Hops
• Green = Forward
• Wild card = Jumping Jacks in the Ladder
Each card comes with instructions, movement sequence, and highlighted steps for
each foot
• R (ight)/Red
• L (eft)/Blue
